YOUTH SPACE
Our youth space is located in the heart of Hastings. It boasts of having 4 separate spaces where we run creative programmes, after school programmes, youth events and training initiatives.
Rezpect moved into this purpose built 'youth space' in July 2019. Our desire was to create a safe place and a home of belonging for the young people of Hastings. Our desire is to create a 'youth space' that would be a place of acceptance, where young people can connect with their peers, grow creatively, hang out and learn transferable skills for future education and employment. Having a consistent space for young people makes it valuable for the youth in our city.
We value our 'youth space' which is the hub and heart beat of our organisation. This hub is vital to our operation with our main office being based here. This is the space where we plan and create our youth events and community outreach programmes which create wider opportunities for young people. Rezpect Dance Academy runs all their programmes from this space and our social enterprise, Steez Fitter Streetwear, finds its home here as well.
We welcome collaboration and share our space with other community groups and creatives who use creativity to positively impact those around them.

Hire the Youth Space
Need a venue for your next event? Located in central Hastings, the Rezpect Youth Space is available for hire. Our spacious building has three well sized rooms equipped with large wall mirrors plus a toilet and kitchenette. Our building is suitable for your next workshop or event.
